Accountants in Windsor for growing businesses
NDCA is an ACCA-regulated accountancy practice that supports growing businesses and individuals with a wide range of accounting services across Windsor.
Windsor’s economy runs on tourism. Windsor Castle and Legoland draw millions of visitors a year and support a dense base of hotels, restaurants and independent retailers. NDCA is a fixed-fee practice built for that mix, run through Xero, with one accountant instead of a rotating team.

Why businesses choose NDCA
NDCA gives you more than a year-end filing. You get monthly figures you can rely on, advice before deadlines rather than after them and one fixed fee that stays the same when you pick up the phone.
Who we help
What Windsor businesses need from their accountant
Many businesses in Windsor start as sole traders, and some later become limited companies. Each structure has its own tax treatment, filing rules and admin, and a smaller limited company may qualify for simplified accounts and certain reliefs. If you are weighing up the move, we set out what changes and what it means for your tax.
Why a remote-first accountant works for Windsor businesses
Proximity used to be the reason you chose an accountant. It matters less now. What matters is whether they reply quickly, explain things in plain English and charge a fee you agreed to upfront. NDCA is remote first, which removes the overhead of a town-centre office and lets us serve sole traders, limited companies and landlords across the UK rather than just within a postcode radius.
Because NDCA is remote first, video calls, shared live data and quick turnarounds are simply how we work. Your Xero file is open to both sides all the time. The fee is fixed before we start, so questions and calls never cost extra.
The services Windsor clients use most
- Bookkeeping: clean, up-to-date records with your bank feeds and receipts flowing into Xero automatically.
- Management accounts: monthly or quarterly reports that show how the business is performing between year-ends.
- Corporation tax: CT600 preparation that reviews the reliefs and allowances relevant to you before anything goes to HMRC.
- Self assessment: for sole traders, directors and landlords, filed early so January is never a scramble.
- VAT returns: registered and filed on time under Making Tax Digital, with the right scheme for your turnover.
- Payroll: staff paid correctly and on time, with RTI, pensions and payslips taken care of each month.
Growing firms add cash flow forecasting when hiring decisions start to depend on it.
How NDCA works
Fixed monthly fee
Agreed upfront, covering everything in scope. You will never hesitate to ask a question because of what the answer might cost.
Direct answers from your accountant
One named accountant handles your file and normally replies the same day, working from live Xero figures rather than a once-a-year catch-up.
Built around your business
We shape the service around your business, whether that is a guesthouse with seasonal bookings, an independent retailer near the castle or a landlord with a few properties.
Cloud accounting with Xero
- Bank feeds: transactions and payment data from your accounts and Stripe flow in automatically, with VAT filed direct to HMRC under Making Tax Digital.
- Invoice capture: we use Apron to capture invoices and receipts, so costs land in the right period without anyone keeping a shoebox.
- Mobile app: check your numbers, approve payments and capture a receipt from your phone, wherever you are.
- Real-time figures: your Xero file is live for both of us, not something that only gets touched once a year.
If you are not on Xero yet, we migrate you as part of onboarding.
Switching from a Windsor accountant
Changing accountant follows a set routine. We contact your current firm for professional clearance, take over as your HMRC agent and move your records into Xero. You can switch at any point in the year. How long it takes depends mainly on how quickly your previous accountant sends the records across, and we keep you updated throughout.
