Accountants in Marlow for growing businesses
NDCA is an ACCA-regulated accountancy practice that supports growing businesses and individuals with a wide range of accounting services in Marlow.
Marlow’s economy runs on more than its riverside setting, with Marlow International’s corporate campus drawing pharmaceutical and consumer brands to the town alongside a strong base of professional services firms. Resident earnings are well ahead of the Buckinghamshire average. NDCA is a fixed-fee practice built for that mix, run through Xero, with one accountant instead of a rotating team.

Why businesses choose NDCA
Accounts filed once a year show where the business was, not where it is now. NDCA combines regular advice with live figures in Xero and a fixed monthly fee, so you make decisions on current numbers.
Who we help
What growing businesses in Marlow need from an accountant
A limited company has more deadlines than annual accounts. Payroll, VAT, corporation tax and management reporting all run to a timetable, and a named accountant keeps each one on track.
Landlords face a separate set of tax rules: restricted mortgage interest relief, specific allowable expenses and capital gains on disposal. We help you get these right from the first property, and review the structure as the portfolio grows.
Why growing businesses in Marlow choose a remote-first accountant
Remote working lets us spend time on your numbers instead of on an office, and we see the same live Xero figures you do.
Location does not decide who we work with. Fit does. You get senior attention on your account whether you are a consultant working through a limited company or a sole trader heading towards incorporation.
There is a practical benefit too. Marlow businesses running on Xero get bank feeds, invoices and receipts flowing in automatically, so your numbers are current whenever you need them, not just at year-end.
Accounting services for Marlow businesses
- Bookkeeping: clean, up-to-date records with your bank feeds and receipts flowing into Xero automatically.
- VAT returns: registration, scheme choice and quarterly Making Tax Digital filing, explained in plain English.
- Management accounts: monthly or quarterly numbers that actually make sense, for businesses that want more than once-a-year reporting.
- Payroll: RTI, pensions and payslips sorted every month, whether you employ one person or twenty.
- Cash flow and budgeting: a simple forecast so you know what is coming in and going out, reviewed against what actually happens.
- CIS returns: verified and filed correctly if you work in construction, with deductions reconciled properly.
Annual accounts and corporation tax are included in the same fixed fee, with the reliefs and allowances relevant to you reviewed before filing.
How NDCA works
Fixed monthly fee
One monthly price for everything in scope, with no hourly charges and no bill for asking a question.
Direct answers from your accountant
Your accountant knows your business and your numbers, normally replies the same day and works from figures that are current, not a year old.
Built around your business
Whether you are a sole trader, a growing limited company or a landlord with a few properties, we build the service around what you actually need, not a one-size template.
Cloud accounting with Xero
- Bank feeds: transactions and payment data from your accounts and Stripe flow in automatically, with VAT filed direct to HMRC under Making Tax Digital.
- Invoice capture: we use Apron to capture invoices and receipts, so costs land in the right period without anyone keeping a shoebox.
- Mobile app: check your numbers, approve payments and capture a receipt from your phone, wherever you are.
- Real-time figures: your Xero file is live for both of us, not something that only gets touched once a year.
If you are not on Xero yet, we migrate you as part of onboarding.
Switching from a Marlow accountant
If your accountant is slow to respond, still works from spreadsheets or has grown too big to give you proper attention, we handle the move for you. Moving to NDCA is simple: we handle the handover with your previous accountant, register with HMRC as your new agent and get you set up on Xero. How long it takes depends mainly on how quickly your previous accountant sends the records across, and we keep you updated throughout.
